Many people don't understand the difference between Pomodoro and Marinara sauces. Pomodoro is a slow-cooking sauce typically served with pasta. Ours has been cooked for 48 hours with San Marzano tomatoes added in three different stages. This technique allows for a depth of tomato flavor you just don't get from a marinara sauce. You'll notice flavors of roasted garlic and onion with a fresh herbaceous note added by the fennel and basil.
INGREDIENTS: San Marzano tomato, onion, garlic, fennel, basil, olive oil, chili flake, black pepper, salt
