Corzetti is a pasta that originated in Liguria, a region of northern Italy. A wooden stamp is used to imprint a design, also giving the pasta a rough surface meant to catch sauce. We’ve made a special pasta dough containing Roasted Chestnut Flour! Approximately .75 lbs per order
