Malloreddus is similar in shape to a gnocchi, but its made using semolina flour with no potato. This small pasta is often referred to as "Sardinian gnocchi", and when you see them, it’s not hard to see why. Malloreddus is a very sturdy pasta that will stand up to any sauce, making it one of our favorites!
